I Hate Exercise

Yes, I admit it. I hate exercise. It seems to be the downfall of every diet I have ever been on. Oh, I know it is important and that to be successful I must do it, but I just can’t find that type of exercise that inspires me. We have an assortment of equipment in the house including an elliptical, stationary bike, free weights, and more, but it is a constant effort to make myself workout.

It doesn’t help that my husband enjoys exercise. He is a member at the gym and when he can’t get there, he goes full force on the elliptical or even outside. So, as I keep working toward my goal, I really have to work at finding things to be more active. Certainly suggestions are appreciated. 

Do you enjoy exercise? If so, what types?

    Exercise can be very boring, but I have to do it to keep mobile. I find that if I workout with my iPod, it makes the time go by much faster.
